Do I need to pay in advance?
No. Booking through the website requires no online payment. The host confirms your dates by email, usually within 24 hours, and arranges the details with you.
Why book direct rather than through an agency?
Booking direct means you deal with the host without a middleman, you see availability instantly and special requests are easy to arrange.
Which apartment has a sauna and jacuzzi?
The Deluxe apartment: 90 m² with a 40 m² terrace, fireplace, sauna and jacuzzi bathtub. Apartments 1 to 4 are 45 m² each with an 8 m² terrace.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free for guests of the villa.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking.
Is it warm in winter?
All apartments have central and underfloor heating, so every room stays warm even in midwinter.
Is there internet?
Yes, WiFi covers the whole villa with five access points, and a wired UTP port is available too.
Is there a barbecue?
Yes, barbecue facilities are available to guests.
Are parties allowed?
The villa is a place for a quiet holiday, so stag, hen and similar parties are not allowed.
When should I let you know my arrival time?
Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance, by phone, Viber or in the booking message.
What is there to see nearby?
The Uvac reserve with its meanders and griffon vultures (about 10 km from Zlatar), Lake Zlatar, a ski slope, hiking and cycling trails and Ušak Cave.
